This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance comprehensive employee processes, which encompass onboarding, offboarding, exit strategies, benefits, and equity programs.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and maintain data integrity.
• Act as a subject matter expert for employee and managerial inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
• Develop and sustain People Operations documentation, including offer letters and policy guidelines.
• Spearhead the execution of new policy implementations.
• Conduct precise, compliant, end-to-end payroll processing for designated groups.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex payroll inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, external payroll vendors, and People Business Partners.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, working towards equitable solutions.
• Generate and analyze People Operations reports and metrics.
• Leverage data to inform decision-making and enhance People strategies.
• Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure proactive compliance.
• Assist in the development, communication, and consistent enforcement of company policies.
• Over 6 years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in managing payroll processing, including comprehension of payroll taxes, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Experience working with cross-border teams, particularly with an emphasis on Lithuanian jurisdiction.
• Experience in Dutch and German jurisdictions is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and strategic mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive and impactful employee experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as Deel, Culture Amp, and Google Suite.
• Experience leading small to medium-scale People Operations projects and initiatives.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
• Experience managing People Operations across multiple jurisdictions and supporting teams in various international locations.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
