People Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

• Oversee transfers, promotions, and documentation processes.

• Ensure data integrity across Rippling.

• Enhance existing People data pipelines to support operational decisions.

• Act as the main point of contact for the People inbox and Console.

• Handle employment verifications, work authorizations, and recurring employee inquiries.

• Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, Recruiting, and IT to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within People workflows.

• Deliver hands-on operational execution, maintain data integrity, and provide frontline support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering an HRIS platform.

• Hands-on experience with Rippling is highly advantageous.

• Background in managing essential People processes, employee onboarding, and lifecycle administration.

• Competence in data fluency, including extraction, cleaning, and analysis of HR data sets.

• Capability to uphold high record integrity.

• Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Skill in managing frontline employee requests with discretion and consistency.

• Previous experience with early-stage HRIS implementations or light data analysis is a plus.

• Authorization to work legally in the United States.

• Ability to comply with FBI CJIS Security Policy requirements and obtain/maintain CJIS certification if necessary.
