People and Talent Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and distribute job advertisements for The Bloom Africa team and Bloom Talent partners.

• Evaluate applications, perform screening interviews, and verify references.

• Coordinate interview schedules and oversee the hiring process from initiation to offer.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and placed talent.

• Conduct partner check-ins and identify early warning signs for placed talent.

• Keep accurate people records, including evaluations, performance plans, and necessary documentation.

• Oversee the Bloom Talent cohort pipeline and manage logistics for the Pros in Bloom community.

• Develop systems that ensure a consistent approach to hiring and onboarding.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent operations.

• Demonstrated experience in screening a large number of candidates.

• Familiarity with Nigerian employment regulations.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to create workflows and templates.

• Availability to work overlapping hours with US business hours.
