This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing standardized tests to ascertain the therapy requirements of pediatric patients.
• Apply clinical expertise to craft and execute treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.
• Deliver in-home therapy services to pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Maintain consistent communication with patients' families, providing updates on therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with various therapy disciplines, physicians, and nursing staff to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Keep detailed documentation and inform the healthcare team of any modifications to treatment plans.
• Engage in individual meetings with team leaders to review patient advancements and enhance treatment approaches.
• A valid and active Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• A valid driver's license.

• Pediatric experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
