This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide pricing estimates for all insurance products by utilizing relevant underwriting, business rules, and discounts to finalize sales.
• Rewrite and reinstate insurance policies in accordance with underwriting and business regulations.
• Complete applications for membership and insurance, as well as endorsements and change forms.
• Accept and process payments at the point of sale.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to address customer inquiries or complaints.
• Respond to questions from sales representatives, insured clients, mortgage companies, and other sources regarding rates, premiums, billing issues, and cancellations.
• Obtain and verify payments and other relevant information.
• Efficiently process customer policies, endorsements, status changes, and modifications in coverage.
• Assist agents in resolving both technical and business-related challenges.
• Provide support to other Customer Interaction Centers, including Emergency Road Service, Claims, Membership, and Travel, as needed.
• Build strong customer relationships, articulate product benefits, identify coverage opportunities, support sales objectives, and enhance the member experience in a high-volume call center.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer-focused service.
• Proficiency in navigating a PC Windows environment, including accessing information from various applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and utilize multiple sources of information as required.
• Experience in conducting monetary transactions.
• Background in cross-selling is preferred.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license is necessary.
• May need to obtain and maintain state membership licenses as required by the department.
• Capability to manage simultaneous customer interactions across chat, voice, and email platforms.
• Willingness and ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Regular and dependable attendance is essential.
• Successful completion of training is mandatory for continued employment.
• Agreement to background and drug screening if offered employment.
