PC Associate III – Scheduler

📋 Description

• Act as the primary support for the Patient Connection Center at Piedmont Healthcare

• Pre-register and arrange moderately complex procedures

• Manage various resources to facilitate patient services

• At least 2 years of relevant customer-facing experience, ideally in the healthcare sector, is required

• Proven experience in scheduling or pre-registering patients is essential
