PB / Claims Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and enhance workflows within Epic Professional Billing (PB).

• Assist with system improvements, configurations, and build activities.

• Engage in testing and implementation processes.

• Work alongside operational and technical stakeholders to refine revenue cycle processes.

• Aid in claims processing, billing operations, and reimbursement initiatives.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to denials, claim edits, and workflow challenges.

• Collaborate with operational leaders and end users to assess workflows.

• Address and troubleshoot denials and claim edits.

• Support various billing processes.

• Propel ongoing system enhancements through upgrades and improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Epic Professional Billing (PB).

• Current Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification is mandatory.

• Background in claims processing and claim edits.

• Familiarity with denials management.

• Knowledge of charge capture workflows.

• Expertise in revenue cycle optimization.

• Preference for experience with Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows.

• Capacity to connect operational and technical teams effectively.
