Motor Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee motor claims following the completion of the onboarding phase.

• Evaluate the eligibility for claims and benefits concerning both the basis and the amount of the claim.

• Manage the processing of claims settlements and oversee claims throughout the settlement journey.

• Assist in civil litigation and independent evidentiary processes.

• Initiate and oversee recourse claims until successful resolution.

• Implement measures for effective claims management.

• Contribute to team initiatives and play a role in managing organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Specialist (m/f/d), qualified lawyer (m/f/d), or business economist (m/f/d).

• Extensive understanding of insurance contract law, liability law, and damages law.

• Proven experience in handling motor claims.

• Committed team player with a strong emphasis on customer service.

• Organized and structured approach to work tasks.

• Willingness and capability to make independent decisions.
