This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting and advisory services related to Epic.

• Implement and enhance EMR workflows along with data capture processes.

• Guide customers and assist in developing their analytical skills.

• Examine operational and business needs and convert them into system configurations.

• Produce build documentation and create workflow diagrams.

• Monitor and address project risks and challenges.

• Facilitate meetings and organize ongoing deliverables.

• Provide transparent updates regarding project status and outcomes.

• Generate knowledge-transfer documentation for client teams.

• Undertake additional responsibilities necessary for successful project delivery.

• Engage in corporate functions, events, and meetings when invited.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Certification(s): Resolute Professional Billing.

• Over 5 years of experience as an Epic analyst or project manager.

• Experience in Epic implementation and optimization.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects remotely.

• Competency in implementing and enhancing EMR workflows and data capture.

• Capability to analyze operational and business requirements and convert them into system configurations.

• Proficiency in creating build documentation and workflow diagrams.

• Ability to monitor and resolve project risks and issues effectively.

• Skill in transparently reporting on project status and deliverables.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
