This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee comprehensive payroll operations for various clients.
• Accurately compute wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients.
• Respond to client questions regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
• Cultivate strong relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Employ payroll software and tools for efficient payroll processing.
• Create payroll reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep informed about payroll regulations and modify processes as needed.
• Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors.
• Support additional client projects as required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or managed payroll services.
• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of managing confidential information with care.
