Payroll Accounting Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the instructor to develop course content, exercises, and assessments.

• Conduct personalized sessions to resolve subject-matter queries.

• Facilitate skills tutoring sessions.

• Administer and evaluate final exams.

• Review and assign grades for assignments.

• Refresh course materials and enhance the overall curriculum.

• Design new exercises.

• Organize sessions and manage appointments.

• Assist platform product managers with course revisions.

• Offer professional support and guidance to participants enrolled in the “Payroll & Digital Payroll Accounting with DATEV” course.

• Share accountability for providing an exceptional learning experience and ensuring participants successfully complete the training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on professional experience in payroll accounting.

• Strong affinity for digital tools and a commitment to continually embracing new technologies and AI applications.

• Good to excellent knowledge of DATEV.

• Prior experience in knowledge transfer or education is preferred, such as roles as a tutor, teacher, lecturer, or research assistant.

• A completed university degree or a comparable educational qualification.

• Outstanding spoken and written German skills.

• Basic to proficient English skills, especially for comprehending digital tools, technical terminology, and documentation.

• Strong and structured communication abilities.

• A confident, empathetic, and appreciative demeanor.

• Passion for adult education.

• Interest in digital knowledge transfer and innovative educational formats.

• A team player eager to collaborate closely with the course team.
