This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Oversee daily payment operations, including the monitoring and resolution of failed or incorrect transactions.
β’ Set up and maintain rules within the orchestration platform to enhance payment workflows.
β’ Execute basic configurations for integrating new payment providers into existing systems.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Support and other departments to investigate and rectify transaction errors.
β’ Partner with commercial, integration, and backend teams to refine payment processes.
β’ Identify problems, propose enhancements, and provide support to teams with payment-related requirements in PaymentIQ.
β’ Create documentation for configurations, rules, and payment processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
β’ More than 2 years of practical experience with PaymentIQ or a comparable payment platform.
β’ Strong understanding of payment workflows, integrations, and transaction oversight.
β’ Technical proficiency in configuring payment systems and resolving issues.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
β’ Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
β’ Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
β’ Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce payment operations is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with a variety of payment methods, including cards, wallets, and bank transfers is desirable.
β’ Knowledge of orchestration platforms beyond PaymentIQ is advantageous.
