Payments Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily payment operations, including the monitoring and resolution of failed or incorrect transactions.

• Set up and maintain rules within the orchestration platform to enhance payment workflows.

• Execute basic configurations for integrating new payment providers into existing systems.

• Collaborate with Customer Support and other departments to investigate and rectify transaction errors.

• Partner with commercial, integration, and backend teams to refine payment processes.

• Identify problems, propose enhancements, and provide support to teams with payment-related requirements in PaymentIQ.

• Create documentation for configurations, rules, and payment processes to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 2 years of practical experience with PaymentIQ or a comparable payment platform.

• Strong understanding of payment workflows, integrations, and transaction oversight.

• Technical proficiency in configuring payment systems and resolving issues.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce payment operations is a plus.

• Familiarity with a variety of payment methods, including cards, wallets, and bank transfers is desirable.

• Knowledge of orchestration platforms beyond PaymentIQ is advantageous.
