Payments Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform Payin, Payout, and business reconciliation transactions following the established protocols.

• Oversee and validate daily operational cutoffs, confirming outcomes and addressing discrepancies or rejections.

• Manage the upload and exchange of operational files, ensuring the integrity of data for each import/export.

• Document and securely store evidence of all completed operations.

• Collaborate with Customer Support to provide updates regarding the status of transactions or processes.

• Adhere to and advocate for information security and data protection regulations (IS, PDP, AML/CFT).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations, payment processing, collections, or reconciliations.

• Technical or university-level education in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, data matching, and validation of large datasets).

• Familiarity with banking payment processes, operational cutoff management, and payment processing platforms.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (technical reading is necessary).

• Experience in batch processing and operations via Home Banking or Host to Host.

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating information.

• Previous experience in environments with high transaction volumes.

• Foundational knowledge of process automation or AI-assisted analytics tools.
