Payment Reimbursement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the contracting process for SCRI vendors utilized by SCRI-managed locations.

• Examine, reconcile, and manage SCRI vendor invoices to ensure prompt and accurate payments.

• Assess HCFA/UB vendor claim forms for payment processing.

• Collaborate with high-volume vendors to transition to data file submissions and establish a consistent schedule.

• Analyze vendor contracts to guarantee correct invoice payments and manage vendor payment expectations.

• Evaluate coverage analysis documents to differentiate between Research and Standard of Care, as well as their reimbursement implications.

• Act as a point of contact between vendors, internal departments, and sponsors to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Assist with reimbursement workflows and uphold financial integrity throughout the vendor payment lifecycle.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's Degree is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Relevant experience can be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in interpreting and analyzing complex contractual language and budgets.

• Proficient in advanced research and analytical techniques for evaluating financial data.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

• Familiarity with other financial systems is beneficial.

• Ability to understand medical terminology, drug names, and CPT codes.

• Competence in reviewing and comprehending vendor contracts and coverage analysis documents.

• Must reside in the United States.
