Payment Integrity Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects.

• Assist in developing business cases while evaluating opportunities, risks, and potential returns on investment.

• Enhance business unit performance by aligning policies, processes, and technologies.

• Propel performance improvements, financial benefits, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

• Provide guidance on policies and ensure comprehensive process consideration.

• Organize work teams, set project plans, facilitate meetings, build consensus, document recommendations, and oversee execution.

• Analyze data, workflows, policies, procedures, staffing structures, and skill sets to formulate potential solutions.

• Lead staff responsible for initiatives within the company's operating plan.

• Support other project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management.

• Compose and deliver communications across all levels of the organization.

• Provide related support and perform additional assigned tasks.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in health care, insurance, or a related field is required.

• Proven experience and skills in training, presenting, and facilitating are essential.

• Knowledge and experience in leveraging IT solutions are necessary.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project is required.

• A Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.
