Patient Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Handle 40-50 incoming calls each day with care and understanding.

• Act as the initial point of contact for patients seeking information about services and orders.

• Accurately represent Aveanna and uphold its values.

• Execute precise data entry tasks daily and within set deadlines.

• Strive to meet daily and monthly metrics and KPI objectives.

• Engage in virtual meetings.

• Complete customized, role-specific training to effectively navigate the healthcare sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain professional phone etiquette to effectively de-escalate concerned or distressed patients daily.

• Stay organized and self-sufficient to complete daily data entry tasks accurately and on time.

• Comfortable achieving daily and monthly metrics and KPI targets.

• Confidence in learning new software and computer programs.

• Capable of maintaining a quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions.

• Ability to participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready appearance.

• Demonstrate strong time-management skills along with accountability and self-direction.

• Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting.

• At least 1 year of experience in the medical field or familiarity with medical terminology (preferably in DME and Home Healthcare).

• Preferred experience or familiarity with respiratory equipment and related patient support.

• High school diploma or GED required.
