French-speaking Customer Service, Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage technical support requests

• Address billing and account-related inquiries

• Engage in sales, renewals, upselling, and customer retention efforts

• Provide support to customers utilizing mobile and fiber services for Salt, a telecommunications provider in Switzerland

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French: C1/native level

• Proficiency in English: B2 level

• Preferred experience in customer support, technical support, or sales

• Availability to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 00:00

• Initial contract duration: 12 months
