This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead business development initiatives, drive incremental sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction for dental practice transitions.

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Transition Sales Consultants throughout the client journey from initial contact to closing.

• Develop innovative marketing strategies utilizing social media, Constant Contact, and various other platforms.

• Assess client databases and perform outreach to reactivate dormant client leads.

• Assist clients through valuation, listing/sale processes, due diligence, buyer lender requirements, and closing stages.

• Advocate for the DPT value proposition and secure client commitment to move forward.

• Support and engage sellers, buyers, lenders, dental associations, study clubs, and Henry Schein Dental seminars.

• Organize seminar marketing materials, email campaigns, and digital promotions.

• Foster relationships with local dental teams, vendors, buyers, and referral partners.

• Oversee sales communications and transaction details among coordinators, sellers, buyers, and business advisors.

• Improve practice valuation experiences through client interviews, follow-ups, data gathering, and coordination with valuation teams.

• Aid in practice listings and closings by monitoring buyer follow-up, profiles, checklists, purchase agreements, and closing documents.

• Identify and address deal issues promptly.

• Build relationships with new buyers and clarify the Henry Schein DPT workflow and value proposition.

• Conduct buyer intake and interviews focusing on geographic interests, practice types, clinical productivity, experience, expectations, debt service, living costs, capital needs, and lender suitability.

• Introduce buyers to preferred lenders and provide education on lender prequalification.

• Enhance market visibility for active listings and generate leads for potential buyers.

• Gather practice information for classified advertisements, email campaigns, local online marketing, Canva, and other digital channels.

• Support the creation of marketing and communication plans for active listings.

• Contribute to regional training, calls, communications, culture, and special sales projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 2 to 4 or more years of relevant professional experience, accompanied by a bachelor’s degree.

• Typically, 6 or more years of relevant sales, sales support, or professional experience with a High School education.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and other CRM dashboards.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Excellent listening skills to convert client feedback into suitable DPT solutions.

• Knowledge of customer-centric selling techniques and a proven ability to establish trust.

• Familiarity with HSD strategic lending partnerships and COIs in the market.

• Understanding financial statements, including business tax returns and profit & loss statements.

• Financial insight to evaluate cash flow and adjusted EBITDA targets.

• Comprehension of the Credit Box and basic underwriting criteria of DPT preferred lenders.

• Proficiency in creating advanced PowerPoint presentations and Excel workbooks.

• Solid understanding of industry practices.

• Proficient in tools, systems, and procedures.

• Basic planning and organizational skills and techniques.

• Strong decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Basic conflict resolution capabilities.

• Travel requirements typically less than 10%.

• No special physical demands are necessary.
