Patient Services Representative – Practice Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming patient inquiries regarding outstanding balances

• Initiate outgoing calls for collections on overdue balances

• Address and resolve patient queries

• Reach out to relevant parties as needed

• Perform account investigations and follow up as required

• Collect balances from self-pay patients

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum of three years of experience in a medical office, specifically within the Patient Services Department and Central Eligibility Team

• Must reside in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Texas
