This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Greet patients and visitors upon their arrival at the office
• Manage and assist with all incoming phone calls
• Arrange appointments utilizing a computerized scheduling system
• Perform follow-up calls as required
• Deliver prompt and precise information along with high-quality customer service for incoming patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records by collecting, documenting, and updating personal, financial, and insurance details
• Work collaboratively with physicians and team members to assist patients and support the team
• High school diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical office environment
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance/benefits, medical terminology, and medical billing
• Experience in women's health, OB/GYN, or fertility is preferred
• Familiarity with office procedures and equipment (e.g., computer, fax, copier, etc.)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
