Patient Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Offer administrative assistance within the clinic environment to patients and their families

• Aid members of the healthcare team and administrative management

• Ensure the efficient functioning of the medical office

• Contribute to a high-quality, compassionate, and dependable patient experience

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential

• Relevant coursework in administrative or medical sciences is preferred

• Background in a clinical and/or administrative environment is desirable

• Capability to offer administrative support to patients, families, care team members, and administrative leaders

• Skill in delivering compassionate, consistent, and dependable customer service
