This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Initiate outbound calls to payers for the purpose of verifying benefits and collecting any missing intake information.
β’ Record coverage information in the Summary of Benefits document.
β’ Update case notes within the Lynk system to accurately represent the current status and actions taken.
β’ Conduct payer calls and refresh data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
β’ Proven experience working remotely from home.
β’ Background in making outbound calls.
β’ Proficiency in communicating with payers.
β’ Confirmed internet speed.
β’ A secure workspace is necessary.
β’ Familiarity with call monitoring and quality assurance review processes.
β’ Ability to quickly learn new systems.
β’ More than one year of experience in a patient services or call center setting.
β’ Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
β’ Experience with multi-line telephone systems.
β’ Required equipment includes a laptop, two monitors, a docking station, mouse and keyboard, headset, and necessary cables.
β’ Intermediate-level expertise is preferred.
β’ Capability to work as a contractor.
