Patient Scheduling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Professionally and confidently handle inbound calls from patients

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls as necessary

• Address patient inquiries through email communication

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical imaging appointments

• Accurately verify and update patient information

• Clearly explain scheduling requirements and preparation instructions for appointments

• Maintain clear communication with patients and internal teams

• Efficiently navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions

• Provide an outstanding patient experience

• Complete all stages of the application and interview process

• Transition to production immediately following the nesting period

• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor

• Quick ability to build trust with patients

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• Comfortable multitasking across various applications

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Quick learner of new systems

• Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently

• Dependable, accountable, and punctual

• Must have a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not supported

• Intel i5 processor or better

• At least 16 GB of RAM

• Webcam required

• USB headset needed

• Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• Quiet and professional workspace free from distractions

• A second monitor is preferred

• English communication throughout the hiring process and submission of an English resume is mandatory

• Preferred background in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist roles, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service
