This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Professionally and confidently answer incoming calls from patients.
• Initiate outbound calls for necessary follow-ups.
• Address patient queries through email communication.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for medical imaging.
• Accurately verify and update patient information.
• Clearly explain scheduling requirements and provide appointment preparation instructions.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with patients and internal teams.
• Accurately document interactions while navigating multiple systems.
• Strive to provide an exceptional patient experience in every interaction.
• Complete all stages of the application process, including the application form, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview.
• Undergo two weeks of paid product training followed by one week of nesting with coaching support prior to transitioning to production.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Exhibit a patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to quickly establish trust with patients.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking across various applications.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Quick learner of new systems.
• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
• Dependable, accountable, and punctual.
• Own a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not compatible.
• Intel i5 processor or superior required.
• Minimum of 16 GB RAM necessary.
• Webcam required.
• USB headset is essential.
• Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.
• Must have a quiet, professional workspace free from distractions.
• Second monitor is preferred.
• Existing computer must meet the outlined requirements.
• Resumes should be submitted in English.
• Availability to work shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) is required.
• Preferred experience includes medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical reception, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service.
• Weekly payment in arrears.
• Two weeks of paid product training provided.
• Company laptop will be shipped to successful candidates.
• Weekends off to ensure work-life balance.
