Patient Scheduling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Professionally and confidently handle inbound patient calls

• Conduct outbound calls as needed for follow-ups

• Address patient inquiries through email

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for medical imaging

• Accurately verify and update patient information

• Clearly explain scheduling protocols and instructions for appointment preparation

• Maintain clear and professional communication with patients and internal teams

• Efficiently navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting interactions

• Provide an outstanding patient experience with every interaction

• Complete the application form, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview

• Seamlessly transition into production after the nesting period

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Strong communication and active listening abilities

• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor

• Capable of quickly building trust with patients

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail

• Comfortable multitasking across various applications

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Quick learner of new systems

• Maintains accuracy while working efficiently

• Dependable, accountable, and punctual

• Must have a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not supported

• Requires an Intel i5 processor or higher

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Webcam required

• USB headset necessary

• Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection is essential

• Quiet and professional workspace free from distractions

• Second monitor is preferred
