Patient Scheduling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Professionally and confidently respond to incoming patient calls

• Conduct outbound calls for necessary follow-ups

• Address patient inquiries through email

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for medical imaging

• Accurately verify and update patient information

• Clarify scheduling requirements and provide appointment preparation instructions

• Communicate clearly and professionally with both patients and internal teams

• Skillfully navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accurately

• Ensure an outstanding patient experience during every interaction

• Transition into production immediately following the nesting period

• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor

• Capability to quickly establish trust with patients

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Quick learner of new systems

• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently

• Reliable, accountable, and punctual

• Requires a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not supported

• Must have an Intel i5 processor or higher

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM is required

• Must have a webcam

• USB headset is necessary

• Reliable fiber internet connection with wired Ethernet

• Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions

• A second monitor is preferred

• Candidates with experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical reception, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service are highly valued
