Patient Scheduling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from patients

• Conduct follow-up calls to patients

• Address patient inquiries through email

• Organize, modify, and confirm medical imaging appointments

• Accurately verify and update patient information

• Clarify scheduling requirements and provide instructions for appointment preparation

• Interact with patients and collaborate with internal teams

• Utilize multiple systems and document interactions with precision

• Ensure an outstanding patient experience

• Complete all stages of the recruitment process, including application, prescreen, video interview, live interview, and final interview

• Move into production following paid training and nesting period

• Strong communication and active listening abilities

• Patient, empathetic, and maintains a professional demeanor

• Capable of building trust with patients rapidly

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail

• Comfortable managing multiple applications simultaneously

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting

• Quick learner of new systems

• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently

• Reliable, accountable, and punctual

• Must have a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not supported

• Requires an Intel i5 processor or higher

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Webcam is necessary

• USB headset required

• Must have reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• A quiet, professional workspace free of distractions is essential

• A second monitor is preferred

• English resumes and participation in an English-language hiring process are mandatory

• Preferred background in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical reception, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service
