This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming patient calls

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls

• Address patient queries through email

• Arrange, adjust, and confirm medical imaging appointments

• Accurately verify and update patient information

• Clarify scheduling requirements and instructions for appointment preparation

• Engage professionally with patients and internal teams

• Efficiently navigate various systems and accurately document interactions

• Provide an outstanding patient experience

• Successfully complete all stages of the application process, including prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview

• Undergo two weeks of paid product training followed by one week of coached nesting before moving to production

• Windows 11 computer required; Mac devices are not acceptable

• Minimum Intel i5 processor or higher

• At least 16 GB RAM

• Webcam necessary

• USB headset required

• Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• Quiet, professional workspace free of distractions

• Second monitor preferred

• Applicants must possess a computer that meets the specified requirements

• Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical reception, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service
