📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from patients

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls

• Address patient inquiries through email

• Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmation of medical imaging appointments

• Verify and update patient records

• Clarify scheduling requirements and provide instructions for appointment preparation

• Interact with patients and collaborate with internal teams

• Navigate various systems and accurately document all interactions

• Provide an outstanding patient experience

• Complete all stages of the application process: application form, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview

• Windows 11 computer required; Mac devices are not supported

• Intel i5 processor or better

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Webcam required

• USB headset required

• Stable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions

• Second monitor preferred

• Must have a computer that meets the specified requirements
