Patient Scheduling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Professionally and confidently handle inbound calls from patients.

• Conduct outbound calls for necessary follow-ups.

• Address patient inquiries through email correspondence.

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for medical imaging.

• Accurately verify and update patient information.

• Clearly explain scheduling requirements and preparation instructions for appointments.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with both patients and internal teams.

• Efficiently navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting interactions.

• Provide an outstanding patient experience during every interaction.

• Complete all phases of the hiring process.

• Undergo two weeks of paid product training followed by one week of guided nesting before moving to production.

• Comfortable multitasking across various applications.

• Quick learner of new systems.

• Maintain accuracy while working efficiently.

• Dependable, accountable, and punctual.

• Must have a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not compatible.

• Requires Intel i5 processor or better.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM is needed.

• A webcam is necessary.

• USB headset is required.

• Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection is essential.

• A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions is a must.

• A second monitor is preferred.

• Communication in English throughout the hiring process and an English resume are required.

• Preferred background in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist roles, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service.
