Patient Scheduling Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from patients

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls

• Address patient inquiries through email

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for medical imaging

• Verify and update patient details

• Clarify scheduling requirements and provide appointment preparation instructions

• Interact with patients and collaborate with internal teams

• Navigate various systems and document interactions accurately

• Provide an outstanding patient experience

• Complete two weeks of paid product training followed by one week of guided nesting before moving to production

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Strong communication and active listening abilities

• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor

• Ability to quickly establish trust with patients

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Comfortable with multitasking across various applications

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting

• Quick learner of new systems

• Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently

• Dependable, responsible, and punctual

• Must have a Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not compatible

• Requires an Intel i5 processor or higher

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM

• Webcam

• USB headset

• Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection

• A quiet, professional workspace free from distractions

• A secondary monitor

• Must complete all stages of the application process

• Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical receptionist roles, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service
