This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage over 70 inbound calls each day.
• Arrange appointments for physicals, sick visits, wellness examinations, consults, hospital follow-ups, and CDL exams.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and aim for resolution on the first call.
• Record patient information and liaise with clinical teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
• Engage in team meetings and participate in continuous training.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting.
• At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Candidates are required to be on camera and actively participate during training sessions.
• Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST.
• May need to work every other Saturday from 8:00 AM-1:30 PM EST following cross-training.
