This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.
• Provide outstanding customer service within a dynamic, metrics-oriented call center setting.
• Oversee patient registration, scheduling, rescheduling, and communication with healthcare providers.
• Accurately gather and document patient demographics, medical history, insurance, and appointment details.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support.
• Navigate various systems for data entry, screen sharing, and patient assistance.
• Adjust to evolving processes, technology, and business priorities.
• Operate independently in a remote setting while sustaining productivity, accountability, and adherence to schedule.
• Maintain a distraction-free home office with dependable high-speed internet.
• Achieve defined quality, productivity, and performance standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Office Administration required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call/contact center or other high-volume call environments preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work atmosphere.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is necessary.
• A backup internet option is required.
• Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the Nashville office for this fully remote position.
