This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Respond to and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
β’ Welcome patients warmly and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to the correct department.
β’ Perform comprehensive phone-based assessments of patients' health issues.
β’ Collect relevant medical history, symptoms, and other essential information.
β’ Assess the appropriate level of care and guide patients to suitable healthcare resources.
β’ Communicate messages and information between patients and healthcare teams.
β’ Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth communication across the health network.
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Outstanding customer service skills.
β’ Well-organized and effective communicator.
β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
β’ Proficient in utilizing computer systems and electronic health records.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities.
β’ Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred.
β’ A team player with a positive attitude.
