This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Professionally answer and manage incoming calls with courtesy.
• Warmly greet patients and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the right department.
• Perform comprehensive phone assessments of patients’ health concerns.
• Collect medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information.
• Assess the appropriate level of care and guide patients to suitable healthcare resources.
• Convey messages and information between patients and healthcare teams.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth communication within the health network.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Highly organized and effective in communication.
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
• Proficient in utilizing computer systems and electronic health records.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred.
• A team player with a positive demeanor.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
