Patient Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive an increase in new patient appointments through telephone consultations with prospective customers and successfully close new business.

• Employ a soft-sell, empathetic strategy to turn potential customers into satisfied clients.

• Address inquiries and detail the advantages and features of selecting US Fertility.

• Collaborate with USF offices and supervisors to facilitate the transition of potential customers to medical diagnosis and treatment.

• Prepare and present inside-sales metrics.

• Suggest process enhancements and strategies to boost sales to leadership.

• Maintain an accurate database to track program information and the progress of prospective customers.

• Record any unusual situations and conversations in the database.

• Conduct follow-ups with all prospective customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of five years of customer service experience, including at least two to three years in inside sales.

• Proficiency in active listening and relationship development.

• Capability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and precision.

• Skill in establishing personal connections with callers who are dealing with emotional fertility challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, efficiently organize tasks and information, monitor quality and effectiveness, collaborate across teams, and ensure timely and accurate follow-through.

• Familiarity with healthcare services/fertility is advantageous.

• Bilingual abilities would be beneficial.
