Patient Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Increase the number of new patient appointments by conducting telephone consultations with prospective customers and successfully closing new business.

• Employ a soft-sell and compassionate approach to transform prospective customers into satisfied clients.

• Address inquiries and articulate the features and advantages of selecting US Fertility.

• Collaborate with USF offices and supervisors to ensure smooth transitions to medical diagnosis and treatment.

• Prepare and report metrics related to inside sales.

• Suggest process enhancements and strategies to boost sales to the leadership team.

• Maintain a precise customer database that includes pertinent program information and tracks the progress of prospective customers.

• Record any unusual circumstances and conversations in the database.

• Follow up with all prospective customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Five years of customer service experience, with at least two to three years in inside sales.

• Proficiency in active listening and relationship development.

• Capacity to communicate with empathy, accuracy, and clarity.

• Ability to forge deep personal connections with callers who may be experiencing emotional challenges related to family-building.

• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

• Bilingual skills would be an advantage.

• Ability to work autonomously, organize tasks and information effectively, monitor quality and effectiveness, collaborate within and across teams, and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.

• Familiarity with healthcare services or fertility is a plus.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, with a schedule that may vary between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
