Patient Engagement Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess and follow up on incoming inquiries from current outreach initiatives.

• Employ advanced prospecting methods to connect with patients in a personalized and engaging manner.

• Conduct between 150 to 200 outbound calls to patients each day utilizing an auto-dialer.

• Engage with roughly 80 to 100 patients and successfully schedule an average of 19 appointments daily.

• Establish trust with potential patients and caregivers to encourage appointment bookings.

• Inform patients about the significance of receiving ordered services and the advantages of in-home services provided by Sprinter Health.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each partner's care model to effectively address patient inquiries.

• Work in conjunction with representatives and healthcare professionals to guarantee a smooth patient experience.

• Elevate questions and concerns to other teams for further assistance.

• Execute additional tasks and projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work in Eastern Time (EDT).

• Minimum of 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various healthcare software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey and clarify information to customers.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple communication channels such as phone, email, chat, etc.

• Familiarity with Zendesk (preferred).

• Experience with Five9 (preferred).

• Background in an on-demand service or healthcare setting.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Experience with high-volume, target-oriented outbound calling.
