Patient Engagement Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and follow up on incoming patient requests.

• Employ advanced prospecting techniques to carry out personalized outreach to patients.

• Make 150 to 200 outbound calls each day utilizing an auto-dialer.

• Engage with approximately 80 to 100 patients and schedule an average of 19 appointments daily.

• Establish trust with potential patients and caregivers to promote appointment bookings.

• Inform patients about the significance and advantages of receiving prescribed services at home through Sprinter Health.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of each partner’s care model to effectively address patient inquiries.

• Work collaboratively with representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Refer customer inquiries and concerns to appropriate teams.

• Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound call center, including at least 1 year within the healthcare sector.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various healthcare software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to convey and clarify information to clients.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, etc.

• Experience with Zendesk is preferred.

• Experience with Five9 is preferred.

• Background in an on-demand service or healthcare setting.

• Capability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.

• Strong organizational skills and adherence to processes.

• Required comfort with performing high-volume, target-driven outbound activities of 150 to 200 calls per day.
