This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Contact a minimum of 50-75 eligible members each day to inform them about Vori Health’s offerings.
• Address incoming inquiries via phone or email stemming from marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with members through active listening and empathy.
• Clarify the benefits and services of Vori Health’s programs to members and their support networks.
• Convert potential patients into active Vori members/patients.
• Provide telephonic support to members and direct their needs to Care Teams for clinical assistance and care coordination.
• Secure member consent and carry out enrollment surveys.
• Recognize and escalate urgent member requirements.
• Engage in coaching and development sessions, applying feedback and best practices.
• Adhere to Care Team policies, procedures, escalation pathways, communication best practices, and documentation standards.
• Complete training and remain updated on systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations.
• Relay member and provider feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare client success, patient-facing roles, high-performing enrollment advisor positions, or highly consultative sales roles.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable customer management system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of top-tier customer service practices.
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong capacity to show empathy, establish relationships, identify patient needs, and effectively present the program during phone interactions.
• Extensive experience and enthusiasm for service-oriented roles that require persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while keeping communications and documentation organized.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adaptability and comfort with uncertainty in a dynamic startup environment.
• Experience with video conferencing, Google Suite, Slack, and electronic health records, or willingness to learn new technologies.
• Capability to identify, prioritize, and promptly address urgent member needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate in solving complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Authorized or able to provide necessary documentation to work in the United States or Canada.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken (preferred).
