This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Assist in conducting strategic feasibility evaluations during proposal stages, including Study Burden Analysis and insights from Patients and Sites.
• Create tailored support strategies for Patients and Sites and clearly communicate their value propositions.
• Deliver presentations at bid defenses and client meetings as required.
• Foster and sustain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Gather, compile, and disseminate patient experience data and insights to guide strategy and planning.
• Assess Patient Pathway and trial burdens for new study opportunities, communicating related risks and support requirements.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic partnerships with Patient Advocacy groups within designated therapy areas.
• Integrate indication-specific representation and inclusion elements into strategic recommendations for customers.
• Develop FDA Diversity Action Plans, UK Patient and Public Involvement initiatives, and other patient engagement projects.
• Maintain connections with external vendors that offer Patient and Site engagement, recruitment, and retention support services.
• Transform patient engagement strategies into actionable operational and tactical plans with project teams.
• Establish metrics to evaluate the impact of patient and site support strategies on the performance of clinical trial delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in medical, healthcare, scientific, or related fields.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Patient engagement, recruitment & retention, feasibility, or site-study coordination research roles.
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice principles.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic comprehension of clinical drug development across a variety of therapeutic areas.
• Ability to think innovatively and approach problem-solving effectively.
• Capable of challenging effectively, influencing others, and building/maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Quick processing of information and adaptability to new developments.
• Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
• Willingness to collaborate with other functions in both pre- and post-award settings.
• Capacity to work as a member of a remote team.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• May require limited travel (<10%) for business needs.
