This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support Orthofix Territory Managers and distributors by providing patient education and conducting device in-services.
• Deliver direct, personal, and prompt service while representing Orthofix.
• Assist in fitting patients with devices.
• Organize educational sessions for patients and staff regarding Orthofix stimulation products.
• Clarify benefits and patient responsibilities.
• Coordinate the collection of paperwork necessary for order submissions.
• Manage patient phone inquiries.
• Gather and submit HIPAA-protected information associated with orders.
• Lift and transport products to various locations.
• Travel by car within the territory, approximately 90% of the time.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Capability to present effectively to individuals or larger crowds.
• Proficient in accurately maintaining a monthly fitter log that details patient fittings, including date and time, serial number, and device type.
• Ability to repetitively lift and transport products throughout each day.
• Capacity to lift approximately 20–30 pounds.
• Willingness to travel within the territory by car around 90% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required for car travel.
• Consistent attendance is mandatory.
• Competence in collecting and submitting HIPAA-covered information related to orders.
