This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for both new and existing customer accounts, from project scoping to live deployment.
• Actively reach out to service users to obtain informed consent, address any concerns, and schedule installations.
• Handle sensitive discussions related to capacity, guardianship, and digital inclusion.
• Coordinate installers and ensure that each visit is suitable for the service user.
• Recover and uphold SLA compliance across all contracted accounts.
• Establish trusted relationships with frontline staff, team leaders, social workers, occupational therapists, and local authority managers.
• Navigate the cultural and organizational dynamics of health and social care, including resistance to technology adoption.
• Oversee the ongoing health of key contracts, including the partnership with the London local authority.
• Conduct check-ins with customers, gather feedback, identify obstacles, and explore expansion opportunities.
• Represent the organization at CPD sessions, webinars, and industry events.
• Assist sales, marketing, and product teams in using accurate sector terminology and content.
• Collaborate with the CRO to scope projects and provide delivery insights for commercial proposals.
• Contribute to the strategic design of the managed service model, which includes ARC partnerships, installer recruitment, and team structure.
• Report on referral volumes, consent rates, installation timelines, and SLA performance to the CEO and CRO.
• Provide customer insights to enhance product development.
• Significant experience in health and social care — as a practitioner, technologist, or project lead (not merely an adjacent role).
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with frontline care staff, social workers, and local authority professionals.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects that involve sensitive human dimensions.
• Strong awareness of consent processes, including considerations around capacity and guardianship.
• Comfortable engaging in both strategic discussions and hands-on delivery — this role demands both.
• Resilient and adaptable — capable of adjusting when situations do not proceed as planned.
• Specific experience with technology-enabled care (TEC), assistive technology, or remote monitoring.
• Background or strong familiarity with domiciliary care or local authority commissioning.
• Experience in presenting to professional audiences or delivering CPD/training sessions.
• Familiarity with the challenges of digital inclusion faced by older adults and individuals living with dementia.
• Person-centered by default — you gauge success by outcomes for individuals rather than just business metrics.
• Commercially aware enough to understand that sustainable impact necessitates a viable business model.
• A natural communicator capable of adjusting your communication style from a service user's kitchen table to a local authority boardroom.
• Not overly attached to job titles or role boundaries — willing to pick up the phone and do what is necessary.
• Permanent remote work flexibility.
• Paid Time Off.
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.
• Annual performance bonuses.
• Dedicated coaches providing an additional channel of support and skill development.
• Opportunities for professional growth.
