This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Contact patients regarding new or ongoing referrals, verify demographic details, provide updates on referrals, and confirm the delivery of goods or services.

• Interact with vendor partners, claims adjusters, and nurse case managers concerning referrals.

• Source vendor partners for requested goods or services.

• Make or receive calls about current, new, or team members’ referrals.

• Offer quotes to clients for their approval and follow up to secure written consent.

• Ensure that referrals are medically necessary and validated by the claims adjuster.

• Verify required billing information and transition referrals to billing on a daily basis.

• Process referrals in compliance with state regulations and workers' compensation guidelines.

• Execute other assigned tasks.

• Contribute to organizational quality programs.

• Travel as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare network and patient care scheduling, or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications.
