This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Receive inbound calls from patients, prescribers, or other healthcare professionals to support specialty pharmacy operations.
β’ Initiate outbound calls to patients to set shipment criteria and inquire using scripted questions when necessary.
β’ Leverage operating systems and tools to assist in managing patient therapy and ensuring refill compliance.
β’ Help answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to a licensed healthcare associate when clinical intervention is required.
β’ Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and payers to facilitate the fulfillment of specialty pharmacy medications and enhance patient care.
β’ Accurately collect pertinent information for the prescription fulfillment process.
β’ Gather data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and identify and resolve issues.
β’ Adhere to applicable federal and state regulations as well as the highest ethical standards.
β’ Execute additional duties as assigned.
β’ A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is highly preferred.
β’ At least 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
β’ Engage in, comply with, and support the objectives of the compliance program.
β’ Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
