Patient Billing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist patients with inquiries related to billing, Explanation of Benefits (EOB), deductibles, Medicare, and insurance.

• Investigate accounts and address fundamental billing concerns.

• Revise and update insurance details.

• Manage a high volume of calls while delivering empathetic customer support.

• Contribute to a significant Epic transition.

• Aid patients in understanding billing and insurance inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare billing or customer service.

• At least 2 years of experience with Epic in revenue cycle or business office operations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently.

• Must be eligible to work remotely from one of the specified states.
