📋 Description

• Engage with potential patients referred by healthcare partners, guiding them from the initial contact to a confirmed appointment.

• Establish trust, comprehend patient needs, address inquiries, and employ a consultative sales technique.

• Handle a high-volume referral pipeline via phone, text, email, and CRM tools.

• Address concerns regarding insurance, scheduling, treatment options, or seeking care.

• Achieve or surpass goals related to booking, conversion, outreach, and response times.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, referral partners, operations, and clinical teams.

• Represent Mood Health with professionalism and create positive first impressions.

• Assist prospective patients in accessing mental health care through secure telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer support.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion targets.

• Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and providing consistent follow-ups.

• Strong skills in objection handling and relationship-building.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of multitasking across various systems while maintaining quality.

• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance benefits, or behavioral health is advantageous.

• Knowledge of HIPAA or experience handling confidential information is preferred.

• Availability to work on weekends as necessary.
