This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver patient access services

• Operate remotely from the Chicago, Illinois region

• Perform duties during the day shift (1st shift)

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of an authorization and disclosure form for a background check is required if the position is offered

• The background check will include criminal history for newly hired employees and, in some cases, internal transfers

• Adherence to relevant local, state, and federal regulations, including the Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check Act, is essential
