This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations area
• Contribute to the efficient functioning of the offices and the execution of daily activities
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers, quotes, procurement of supplies, and services
• Control and update records, files, inventories, contracts, and administrative documentation
• Monitor the maintenance of offices, equipment, and facilities
• Support internal administrative communications and coordination
• Send reminders and manage information required by the area
• Collaborate on Occupational Safety and Health activities
• Track records and coordinate occupational health activities
• Collect, organize, and update information for internal reports and regulatory obligations
• Work with various areas of the organization and external suppliers
• University student in the final cycles of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic English proficiency
• Ability to conduct information searches and manage resources using browsers and digital tools
• Interest in professional development in the Operations area and gaining experience in corporate environments
• Organization and attention to detail for managing administrative and operational support tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to organize work, manage priorities, and timely complete assigned activities
• Skills in oral and written communication
• Proactivity, willingness to learn, and a focus on continuous improvement
• Belong to the top third and/or top fifth of their academic promotion
• Previous experience is not mandatory; participation in academic projects, student associations, volunteering, or related extracurricular activities will be valued
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, filters) will be considered a plus
• The successful candidate must undergo a background verification process by The Nature Conservancy
