This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
β’ Respond promptly to incoming party inquiries and follow up via phone and text.
β’ Assist parents in selecting the most suitable party for their child, including group size and date.
β’ Address questions and objections with a friendly approach, request the booking, and secure deposits.
β’ Accurately input party information into company systems, covering packages, headcount, add-ons, and payment details.
β’ Equip park party hosts with precise expectations prior to each event.
β’ Maintain consistency of details across various platforms and channels.
β’ Deliver a concierge-level experience to parents from the initial call through to the party day.
β’ Communicate proactively and punctually to ensure families are informed about what to expect.
β’ Monitor outreach efforts and results to enhance booking rates.
β’ Practice provided scripts, receive constructive feedback, and implement improvements.
β’ Escalate unresolved issues to the Booking Lead in a timely manner.
β’ Must reside in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Missouri, or New Jersey.
β’ Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach and follow-up communications.
β’ Confident in asking for bookings and adept at handling common objections with warmth and assurance.
β’ Strong willingness to learn and openness to practicing scripts and receiving feedback, especially for newer sales candidates.
β’ Availability for scheduled shifts on weekdays and/or weekends based on park requirements.
β’ Moderate proficiency with software tools, including Google apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Outlook.
β’ Quick to learn new systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
β’ Reliable computer and stable internet connection are essential.
β’ One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other customer-facing roles (preferred).
β’ Experience in a goal-oriented or commission-based position (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with booking parties, events, or reservations (preferred).
β’ Fully remote work from home.
